    Hi

we have just put our Nich 38 up for sail. she is ashore in Turkey.

Bought as a live aboard 12 years ago we sailed her from UK to the med in 2009 for a year away. since then used to cruise Greece and now Turkey.

Thanks for getting back to me. – Its the interior lights in all cabins have a curved plastic cover. I will try to post a picture.

    Hi John
Good to see Voltair almost next to us at Aktio! Have you considered the route through the centre of France – up the Rhone and on through the rivers and canals exiting into the Channel. I believe that they are all deep enough. Though no personal experience I have read several accounts of boats going this way. James

    Hi all
This is a question for Ronar: Did you put your semi-flexible panels straight onto the Cockpit canopy? I did this 4 years ago in prep for going to the Med and they rusted! got the money back but lots a hassle. I would like to try again so interested in your experience.

    Many thanks- James

    Hi

We replaced our CQR with a 25Kg Rocna. Although a little oversized for the weight of the boat it fits well on the bow roller. Usually it set first time and allowed us to reduce the scope. Overall we we very pleased indeed. Our kedge is a Fortress which seems a remarkable anchor. Our only problem is getting the 60m of 10mm chain to get in to the chain locker without stacking. But perhaps that is another post.
