Sailing opportunity?

Dear All,

My 18 year old son wants to go sailing in his gap year before starting his studies.

He has been with us on our Nic 38 since we bought her in 2004.  We have spent our weekends and summer vacations along the coast of Norway and Sweden.

My son is fully vaccinated, holds a Norwegian passport and speaks fluent English.

Please let me know if any of you need an extra crew member or if you know anyone who does.
