Roy is based in Liverpool with Happy Dolphin. Problem is – Roy doesn’t know her hull number as the name plate seems to be missing from below the helm.

As far as he knows, she has always been called Happy Dolphin. The only other clue is that on the sails it said James Langthorn trust in huge letters.

Does anyone know something about Happy Dolphin’s history and what might be her hull number?

I do not know Happy Dolphin but Hull No 133 was moulded in 1974 and completed for R.H.Hawes, not by C&N, in 1976. She was called SOLENT ARCTURUS was British Registered No 362825. Between 2000 and 2004 and maybe earlier and later she was called RICHARD LANGHORN and based in Portsmouth. I think she was used to take disadvantaged children out sailing by the Richard Langhorn Trust. I would be delighted to hear from Roy Abrams.
