Thank you for the intro Marilyn. My father bought his Nicholson 38 10 years ago in Florida with the intention of sailing across the Atlantic one more time. Well, fate intervened & his health declined whereas he his unable to sail anymore. The boat is currently is moored in the Melbourne, Florida area at our family’s winter residence. The boat was in pretty good shape when he bought it, but it’s condition has deteriorated over the last decade. They’re going to start dredging the canal on May 1st where it’s docked, & we’d like to sell the boat before that time. I posted a photo taken a few years ago.
We’d like to sell now, so no reasonable offer will be refused. thanks Kris
