Welcome to Jacobus Jonck, new owner of hull #12 Paper Moon

Jacobus Jonck joins us from South Africa. A few years ago, his shipwright joined the forum but we did not yet know who was the owner. Now we do! Thanks for joining us, Jacobus.

Here’s what he said in his email:

I have been an owner for the last 2 years of hull number 12 previously registered as Helen de Mer.

I have re-registered her as Paper Moon, her original name.

I think she was an owner completed as the interior work was not very good.

She is looking a lot better after lots of hard work.

Indeed, Jeremy’s Nic 38 list shows that she was sold in 1968 as a part assembly.
