Nicholson 42 sell/trade

Greetings Nic 38 enthusiasts.
We are aboard Gosling, a Nic 42, hull 6/14, presently in Portobelo Panama, the haunt of Spanish galleons and pirates centuries ago.
We have been sailing Gosling since 2008 when we bought her in San Diego. We have spent 4 seasons in Mexico and last year we decided to venture further south and ended up in El Salvador for the summer. This season we headed further south and have done all of the western Central American countries, have transited the Canal and are now just on our way back to Colon to store the boat for the summer after a month in the San Blas Islands of Panama, so far, the best and most exotic cruising we have done.
We are looking ahead and seeing, at most, one or two more years of winter cruising in the tropics but, as much as we would love to have Gosling back in Canada, that is not an option. We would very much like to stay in the Nicholson family and our best choice would be a 38 so we are putting out feelers to see if there is anyone on the Pacific coast of Canada/US, preferably the northern portion of that area, who is looking for a fully kitted cruising Nicholson product, already in the tropics and ready to sail anywhere. We would consider a sale or trade/part trade.
