I’m now well over retirement age but not yet past the post. My sailing time has been geared more to the weather forecast than keenness to be first on the tide. Therefore I would be prepared to accept an offer of 19,000.
As an alternative, to have more usage of the boat I would consider syndicating 2 or 3 shares to like minded time starved sailing enthusiasts, sharing ownership and expenses of a very competent vessel within the Irish Sea area. This would be my preference as I still enjoy the involvement of boating. 7,000 for 1 share.
